Tutorial Link: How to make a photo collage

I ran across this wonderful post on Blogging with Amy this morning on how to make a photo collage.

I zipped over to ipiccy.com, like she said, followed her directions and whipped up a WONDERFUL collage for someone special (can't put the details here yet!!)  It REALLY is easy to do!!
